Services

Training and skills development

To positively affect the performance of the managers and staff in your company, you need to develop a “game plan” and create the right conditions to reach your objectives. Should you focus on training or encourage other approaches such as coaching, observing, or reading? Or should you implement a combination of all these? How do you ensure actual learning transfer in the workplace and return on your investment?

Don’t know where to begin? UPSYLON can help you determine which interventions to make or which strategies to implement based on your current and desired situation, by offering you the following services:

  • Assessment of training needs
  • Design and development of training workshops
  • Assessment of learning transfer and return on the investment
  • Trainer coaching
  • Management evaluation and coaching
  • Psychometric testing
  • Customized skills development plan

Human resources tools and management practices

To attract and encourage the retention of your employees, you need to have an optimal HR strategy, especially in a context of skills shortages. Satisfied employees are generally more motivated and work more effectively. They also become ambassadors for your company and can have a significant impact in attracting new employees. However, as every company is unique, you need to determine which tools or interventions will have the desired effect.

UPSYLON can help you develop the procedures and tools that foster a positive employee experience by working with you in many possible ways:

  • Setting up a personalized onboarding process
  • Developing an employee handbook
  • Defining the roles and responsibilities
  • Guiding you to better define the mission, vision, and values of your organization
  • Setting up an employee recognition program

Organizational diagnosis

In order to resolve different issues in your company, your need to develop an action plan. However, this plan will only be useful if it is based on an accurate picture of the situation. An organizational diagnosis can help to identify what behaviour and strong elements should be sustained and which elements should be improved, as well as possible causes for the difficulties encountered.

Are you experiencing a high employee turnover? Do you feel that your employees are unmotivated? Do you think that your company could perform better? UPSYLON can help you by using various tools to assess how your company actually functions, particularly with regard to the following aspects:

  • Work environment
  • Organizational culture
  • Procedures
  • Work structures
  • In-house expertise
  • Collaboration and teamwork
  • Management styles
  • Etc.
